2024 Annual Meeting

The 2024 Green Run Homes Association’s Annual Members Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 via ZOOM at 10:00 AM. Sign-in begins at 9:00 AM. You may find the link to the meeting on the Association website at www.greenrunhoa.org. You must be logged into the website to access the link on the calendar. Please test your access to the website prior to the meeting.

In order to hold the annual meeting a quorum of ten percent of those members entitled to vote must be represented in person (via Zoom) or by absentee ballot. If no quorum is met on Saturday, October 12, 2024 we will attempt to hold the meeting at 10:00 AM Saturday October 19, 2024. Without a quorum the Annual Meeting cannot be called to order and no business may be conducted.
