Pool Gazebo Rental Area

Rent the Gazebo at Clubhouse Pool!

We're excited to announce that the Gazebo at our clubhouse pool is now available for rent! This beautiful space is perfect for hosting your next special event, whether it's a birthday party, family gathering, or casual get-together.

Rental Details:

Location: Clubhouse Pool Gazebo

Availability: Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Rental Fee: $75 for 3 hours, plus a $100 security deposit (additional hours can be arranged).

Area is for 20 pool attendees (including the renter).

To reserve the Gazebo, please review and complete the attached rental contract. Once you've filled out the necessary details, submit the contract to the clubhouse office and select an available date and pay for your reservation.

Lifeguards cannot make reservations or accept money. Reservations must be done ahead of time during office hours.

Tenants MUST get owner approval prior to being able to reserve the gazebo area.

All renters and guests must adhere to the association pool rules and guidelines.

Once payment and the paperwork is filled out staff will confirm your reservation.
